Shipping and Returns
At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, their cost, and the delivery date of your order.
If you want to return an item purchased, you have seven days from the time you receive the return label free of charge. NO EXCEPTIONS, Please. Your item should be in perfect condition along with all tickets attached and must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If 12 days have gone by since your purchase’s delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
To get a refund, you should first email to firstname.lastname@example.org within five days of receipt of your item. An email for requesting a refund must include the same order number placed in your receipt at the purchase time. The reason for requesting the refund should also be clearly stated in the customer’s email when a customer is dissatisfied with the purchased item.
After we receive your email, we will send you an email confirming that the product’s refund is going ahead. The printable pre-paid and the pre-addressed shipping label will be attached to the email you have received so that you can quickly return the item.
Once your item is received, we will be issued a refund in the original method you paid.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
